New warp for a new VIle.

This isn't too different from the original apart from Vile's base image getting an overhaul and not being so static when he's covered in his green energy.

boosh, more energy!

This animation happens in the beginning of the game intro. These books fly off the shelves and are warped into energy and fly off with villain. What a bastard!

splosion'!

So today I started working on some animation for our upcoming game. This is pretty much a rough of it and a glimpse at what is to come. I should have roughed it all out but I got caught up in small details -_-, which I always seems to find myself doing. I'm happy so far with it, but gotta keep pushin' it!

Time to get SERIOUS.

I'm gonna try and stop doing random sketches and focus those sketches on animation and/or my animation shorts! So hopefully I can pump out more animations in the near future. Woop!

These are pretty much the final animations played once through. I got a couple more to do but these were the basic ones they wanted. (click to watch!)

Zap! Pow! Boom!

Rough animations for Warhead (I guess that's what they're calling him, not really sure). Some of the lines are noticeably thicker because I didn't expand them in Illustrator. Either way, I need to tweak some things and then time to clean'em up! It's been so long since I've last animated. More needs to be done!!! The character is being playing really small too, so if I mess up you won't be able to tell! Muhahaha!
(compression is pretty crappy, but you get the idea....i hope!)

Warhead!

This is a little of what I've been doing at work. Gil, my boss, wanted some different poses and I'll be doing some animations soon.

Background Duuuummmmp!

I've been workin' on some backgrounds for a show that's on PBS. Here's the backgrounds that I made so far. A couple of them are uninteresting, but hey, kids probably don't care about that shizzz also the animation is the focus!

Gots to get stuff done!

I was watching some of my old test animations for my short I started in school and I need to complete it. My only regret is having to rush it so much during school. I lost sight of what was needed to be made. Mainly because of the class being three months and working with other people. Not to say that working with other people is bad, but when you don't have an understanding of the same art style it makes doing things very difficult. One idea that I never got across was that the animation wasn't paper doll animation. The animation test I did certainly didn't look like it at all, but of course I forgot to mention that during the class.

Anyway, hopefully someday I'll be able to get J.J. to dance with Jenny. Knowing what I know now can make it so much better. Until then, its work 24/7.
