Fuck it, I don't want to deal with tumblr!

So I used Tumblr for a couple days, and fuck I hate it. I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet here and deal with google's wonky video. I absolutely hate Vimeo for the fact that you have to wait for your videos to be uploaded. I'm not looking to share it so there's no point for me to upload to them.

I guess I forgot to mention that in order for you to display videos on Tumblr you have to either link them or upload them to Vimeo and then it will link to your Tumblr account.

Screw that shit. Google has it right for what I need it for. Anyway, I'm back, with egg on my face. This is the card I made for my fiancee for Valentine's Day. Enjoy!

Contenders!

Contestants! For what? For work ;).

The Big Reveal!

Anddddd here it is! I forgot to mention that this was for Jaspreet's bday.

Wa-Wa-Warheaddddd!

Almost done, need to tweak some stuff, but getting there. The second one is the final one, time to clean it up!

The shirt that never was(most likely)!

Bleh, about half way through this my boss walked in and told me he like a different thumbnail more. I'd wanna finish it, buttttttt it's not gonna happen since I'll be working on the other. Ah well, would could have been!

The Mechanical Menace!

T-shirt deisgns for Warhead.com. I like bits from all three, but right now I'm leaning towards the bottom right.

Warhead part deux.

He's here!

This is my contribution to November's theme! I like it a lot more than last month's. Christ last month was retarded for me. Oh well, anyway. I did a quick pencil sketch. Sorta like Irish so I refined it more in Illustrator. I wanted to go for a card collector feel. Sorta like a 60's - 70's baseball card-ish. When I was messing with the levels, there was a point I wished I just made its really monotone, but it's all good. Now, onto next month's theme!

Baguette.

He is coming.

Whoot!

Finalizing the design of my client's character. The second pose shouldn't take nearly as long as the first. First pose needs a little more work. I was trying to figure out some shading stuff. And the last is just a back pose which should be fairly easy to bang out. Enjoyyzzzzz!

-Update! Final version up.

Puff Puff.

Sketches I did for a client's children's book. Hopefully I work with her soon! It's weird that usually my last or first drawing is the best one for any idea I have on anything. I started sketching from the top right and ended at the bottom left. I hope the cuteness melts your minds.

Christ, I suck at this!

I tried to paint my girlfriend a picture for her birthday and it didn't turn out so great. :(... Painting is so damn hard!!! Well anyway, the picture I drew didn't really translate at all so...yeah. Anyway, here they are. Maybe I'll just go buy her something and have the painting as a second gift. haha....I'm ashamed. Oh yeah, I tried to paint like the awesome people in The Incredibles art book (like the best, Lou Romano!), but yeah, didn't happen.

The finale!

Done! The one below it was what I had originally.

-Cd.

Poster, again!

Almost done! Some more elements to add and then to push it out the door!

-Cd.

Holy shiizzzzzz.

Freelance/contract work is crazy! I wonder how I'm gonna balance it all when my internship starts. I'm probably not gonna sleep for six months. Here's some stuff I have been working on. Ahhh I need to get it done soon!

Poster Stuffs.

Ok, so I'm nearing completion of my sister's posters for her work. I'm pretty much done with the info poster, which needs minor tweaks and I'm working on the main poster right now. I wish I had more time to work on this but I cant. Anyway, here are some sketches for the Sports BBQ, wooop wooop!

-Cd.

Amazons, son!

Started this at work, probably finish it later. Like, the robot, later. Hopefully.

-Update, still working on it. Just messing around with some colors.

-Cd.

Come in space command!

Quick sketch when I was at the hub with Jaspreet while waiting for Aimee to get her ass down there! Pew pew pew!

-Cd.

Cowgirl, pen tooled!

yay! got 1 1/2 hrs of sleep!

Late night Robut.

Yeah! 1 hr robut drawing! I've been reading too much of Ashley Wood's stuff and this is the result. Crappy, but fun to do. Hopefully one day Mr. Wood will transfer his artistic talents to my brain!
